About the Conference

The conference was hosted by the Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce (Hangzhou Municipal Commerce Bureau) and co-organized by the Hangzhou Import & Export Chamber of Commerce, Hangzhou New Silk Road Digital Foreign Trade Research Institute, and Zhejiang Meorient Business Exhibition Co., Ltd.

With the BRICS Special Economic Zones China Cooperation Center officially established in Hangzhou, this event aimed to help local enterprises seize strategic opportunities to expand into BRICS member markets — including India, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, South Africa, Indonesia, and Vietnam.

The event brought together over 150 Hangzhou-based enterprises alongside representatives from the Indian Consulate General in Shanghai, the Middle East AI Application Service Center, and multiple Indian industry associations including the Bombay Industrial Association, Indian Plastic Manufacturers Association, Bombay Energy Association, and Bombay Home Furnishing Association.
